Oscars: Chris Rock refused to present the next ceremony

During a show in Phoenix, the comedian spoke again about the slap of Will Smith.

Chris Rock announced, during a show on his tour in Phoenix on Sunday August 28, that he had been invited to present the next Oscar ceremony, in March 2023, which he refused.

As reported by the Arizona Republic this Monday, August 29 , the comedian compared on stage this return to the Oscars as a return to the scene of a crime, referring to the trial of OJ Simpson in 1995, including the murder of the ex-wife started when she left a pair of glasses in an Italian restaurant.
