2022 Presidential: Zemmour "uses the card that led Trump to victory", believes Araud

The former French ambassador to the United States compared Eric Zemmour's presidential campaign strategy to that of Donald Trump.

Does Éric Zemmour use the same campaign strategy as Donald Trump in 2016? At RTL's microphone this Thursday, December 16, the former French ambassador to the United States compared the two men. "In terms of the electoral campaign,  he is visibly using the card  that led Trump to victory", analyzes Gérard Araud.

"Part of this map is creating  controversy, " he adds. "Trump spoke of horrors, as sometimes Mr. Zemmour. And in reality, it allows him to have the front page of the newspapers, because suddenly you only talk about that", continues Gérard Araud.
